There are many different places where you can get support for using Connector/ODBC. You should always try the Connector/ODBC Mailing List or Connector/ODBC Forum. See Section 22.1.8.1, “Connector/ODBC Community Support”, for help before reporting a specific bug or issue to MySQL.
